Serving as Vice President of Brand & Communications, I drove comprehensive brand modernization and digital strategy for a major multinational financial institution. A defining achievement was directing the digital execution of the highly complex 2023 Name Change campaign, orchestrating a flawless rollout across all online and point-of-sale channels in tight coordination with the Singapore headquarters. Beyond large-scale transformations, I architected integrated, omnichannel campaigns bridging Western and Asian digital ecosystems—including Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, and RedNote (xiaohongshu)—and successfully launched the bank’s corporate Instagram with innovative visual content to capture new demographics. Crucially, I balanced this creative digital growth with a rigorous risk-mitigation framework, establishing proactive crisis management strategies and sentiment monitoring to consistently safeguard the corporate brand.
